What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Business Analyst who will support the growth and operations of RadiusXR by producing meaningful financial and market insights and driving data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets and a background in International Relations to support and manage RadiusXR’s growing base of international customers.
This position requires a highly analytical and tech-savvy professional who is also capable of building relationships across global markets.
Professional Responsibilities
- Query and analyze data repositories to produce business intelligence reports on pricing, sales, and distribution performance.
- Maintain and support international client relationships using knowledge of international relations, global markets, and cultural fluency.
- Use tools like Hive for team collaboration and project coordination.
- Apply knowledge of Hadoop, MapReduce, and Pig for advanced statistical data analysis.
- Utilize Anaconda and database normalization techniques to manage and optimize RadiusXR’s data systems.
- Implement data-driven solutions using Spark with Python and Tuple for scripting, automation, and reporting.
- Generate and present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to align business strategy with data findings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of global business environments and cultural nuances.
- Hands-on experience or knowledge in the following technologies:
- Hive
- Hadoop, MapReduce, Pig
- Anaconda & Database Normalization
- Spark with Python & Tuple
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
